I am an award-winning social worker committed to transforming mental health care for K-12 students. My practice specializes in early adolescent development, school-based intervention, and trauma-responsive systems that center both brain science and lived experience.
My work focuses on translating neuroscience into MTSS-aligned student support models that schools and youth-serving organizations can implement with fidelity. These tools strengthen student regulation, build educator capacity, and foster positive, healthy school cultures.
Since 2019, I have reached more than 1000 students, social workers, and educators, through workshops and curriculum designed to deepen understanding of the neurobiological effects of trauma on the developing brain.
I hold a Master of Social Work from New York University with postgraduate training in Applied Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Purchase.
